Together with partners like the Missouri Department of Conservation, the EPA, and Heartland Conservation Alliance, we’re on a mission to spark a passion for nature and conservation in our apprentices.

From learning about ecology, green remediation, land and habitat restoration, our team guides our students in gaining valuable skills for future careers in horticulture, landscaping, conservation, and beyond.

With us, it’s all about hands-on learning and exploration, whether we’re trekking through nature trails, collaborating on browns field clean ups, cultivating native prairies, or getting down to business removing invasive species like honeysuckle.

Graduates of our program not only leave with a sense of accomplishment but also with certifications in safety and landscaping to equip them for their future aspirations.
