Our Youth In Action
Our Seed to Plate program offers immersive, hands-on training in sustainable agriculture, farming, horticulture, and the culinary arts. We guide young people through the entire food cycle, from nurturing seeds in the soil to preparing dishes in an industrial kitchen, so they gain a deep understanding of where food comes from and how to work with it. By blending practical experience with real-world skill building, the program empowers youth with the tools they need for future employment, confidence, and long-term self-sufficiency.

Farm Sites
Our farm sites are hands-on learning spaces where youth grow food, build skills, and cultivate pathways to future careers. Explore our farms to see how growth begins.
Farm Table Dinners
Our farm table dinners are private sponsor-hosted events that provide an opportunity for students to prepare and host a meal using food grown on the farm and skills learned through the program.
Volunteer
Support the program by volunteering or mentoring, individually or through your company. By sharing time and expertise you help students gain real-world experience, build confidence, and access career pathways in the culinary field.
Events
Support our mission just by showing up. Our monthly shop parties and seasonal markets let you connect with our team, learn more about the program, shop unique products made in our shop, and see what our youth are building.
