Welcome to our Seed to Plate program at Build Trybe, where we invite youth to dive into the exciting world of horticulture and culinary arts.

Here, participants have the amazing chance to grow, harvest, process, and cook their very own food.

With a strong emphasis on hands-on learning, our team guides them through every step of the food production journey, from seed to plate. Along the way, they develop practical skills in farming, food processing, and cooking, all within the atmosphere of our industrial kitchen and thriving farm sites.

Not only do they learn about sustainable agriculture, but they also sharpen their culinary talents, setting them up for success in the food industry. Plus, apprentices in our program receive compensation, valuable financial literacy instruction and post-graduation employment guidance to help them plan for their future dreams.

As they showcase their readiness, we’re here to support them with partnerships, training, and opportunities for careers in food production, culinary arts, and more.
