Our Youth in Action
Our program integrates time management, professional development, behavioral support plans, and transition services into real hands-on hard skill training.
As our apprentices grow their skills, professionalism, and resources we’re here to connect them with post program support and advanced training, setting them up for success in the workforce.
At Build Trybe, it’s not just a program, it’s a partnership – with businesses, with the community, and most importantly, with our youth, paving the way for fulfilling careers in the trades and beyond!
How to Support
Custom Furniture Commissions
Commissioning a custom piece from Build Trybe directly supports our youth. Every project gives our pre-apprentices real shop experience, skill building, and paid learning opportunities as they work alongside our instructors.
Shop Parties & Markets
Support our mission just by showing up. Our monthly shop parties and seasonal markets let you connect with our team, learn more about the program, shop unique products made in our shop, and see what our youth are building.
Sponsor Events
By sponsoring and attending fundraising events such as our “Savor the Sound” gala, you help provide vital resources for our programs. Your support makes paid training, mentorship, and opportunities possible for our youth.
Volunteer
Support the program by volunteering or mentoring, either on your own or with your company. By sharing your time, skills, or industry experience, you help guide our youth, build their confidence, and open doors to future career paths
